At Elite Truck, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel.

Initiate Your Request

Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
